Sales Executive (Emirati National) at Marina Home Interiors in Plot # TP010105C, National Industries Park, Downtown, Dubai, UAE involves providing an outstanding experience for their customers, from meeting and greeting, to walking and talking to them through their inspiring showroom, to effectively engaging with them in finding the right products for their homes. As a team player, candidate will play an integral role in the success of the business by working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Executive

• Be the face of the brand by creating a long-lasting customer impression.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance.
• Provide a cordial, full-service buying experience to customers.
• Walk customers through products and efficiently process the check-out transactions ensuring accuracy.
• Address customer queries and maintain high customer retention quality.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure that all products are priced and sold pieces are replaced with new stock.
• Have a good understanding of the stock availability in the back store stock room and the warehouse to present accurate information to the customers.
• Participate and assist with inventory and monthly cycle counts in-store.
• Exhibit positive demeanor, body language, and personal presentation in line with the Marina Home expectations.
• Stay up to date on the competitor offering and the latest trends in Home Furnishings.

Requirements for Role of Sales Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business, or other.
• 1-3 years experience in sales, and customer service roles preferably in the Premium/Luxury sector.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact collaboratively with others.
• Upbeat personality.
• Good command of the English Language.
