Job Purpose of A Senior Sales Executive (HVAC)
- To identify right distributors for assigned markets and develop them to obtain desired market share.
- To increase the numbers of customers appointed and to increase business generated from the assigned territory.
Job Duties of A Senior Sales Executive At Workforce Solutions Transguard Group Dubai (UAE)
Conduct market intelligence i.e. competitors pricing, distribution strategy and specific country requirements
- Distribution model.
- Market size country wise.
- Market share.
- Channel mapping.
- PSI (Purchase, sales, Inventory) Control.
- Maintain upto date PSI.
Coordination with customer, finance & logistics for smooth execution of orders
- Regular follow ups with HO Dubai team for logistics and timely shipments.
- Customer follow ups for timely order requirement.
Proper reporting to management (Management cycle)
- Monthly reporting format to be filled and send to the management in the fixed format.
Necessary travel planning, arranging visas, hotel bookings independently
- Purpose of visit to be sent before travelling.
- Market visit report and presentation after the trip.
Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales achievement
- Customer wise and product wise sales fore cast and plan to achieve the sales target.
- Monthly sales vs achievement record.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- A bachelor degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience of HVAC products.
- Preferred candidates from HVAC manufacturers or distributors background.
Skills Desired
- Strong skills in sales and distributing.
- UAE driving license preferred.
