Job Purpose of Sales Executive HORECA

• Responsible for providing clients with the products and service required as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
• Handle clients complains, concerns and escalate same to Business Development Manager.

Job Duties of A Sales Executive HORECA

• Introduce and recommend products to clients.
• Ensure products are sold in line with margin expectation.
• Act as a contact between the company and the existing potential clients.
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions when applicable.
• Maintain and sustain excellent partnership with all clients.
• Work closely with sales coordinators to ensure high customer service levels.
• Promptly address customer complaints.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in food service, dealing specifically with HORECA Channel.

Skills Desired

• Professional ssage of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Having a valid driving license and owning a car.
