The Sales Executive in Data Centers at Johnson Controls in Bin Brook Building 7th Floor, Building No 720, Hamdan Bin Mohammed St, Al Danah, E10, Abu Dhabi, UAE is a key role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidate will be based in Dubai and will be accountable for all sales activities necessary for the profitable growth of the Johnson Controls HVAC and Controls business with Data Center customers. Candidate will be responsible to explore market opportunities, develops and implements strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share in the region. Job holder will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform to use your sales experience coupled with industry knowledge in Data Centers business in GCC to deliver their business objectives for Middle East and Africa region. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Executive

• Will be using extensive knowledge about the Data Center products in the region.
• Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of data center market landscape, dynamics, regulatory requirements, competition, sales channels and market growth strategies.
• Create plans to close the gap.
• Responsible for Building and implementing Account Management strategies for key, target, managed.
• Maintained owner, consultant and contractor accounts focused on the data center industry with local sales representatives where they exist.
• Builds the “best at every customer” relationships through directly employed sales professionals leading to market share growth in equipment, controls and service offerings.
• Will be developing programs, tools, training and on-going support to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of a data center focused sales team.
• Embed a culture of cross functional teaming to build employee engagement and best practice sharing.

Requirements for Role of Sales Executive

• Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of sales/business development experience, within the Data Centers business focused on HVAC products within GCC region.

• Proven track record in achieving sales/business results.
• Technically proficient in Data Centers Solutions and Services.
• Has an aptitude to develop, set & execute a sales strategy and rolling sales plans.
• Ability to understand and drive your own & team performance.
• Proficient to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders across a number of different levels.
• Diligent and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and enhance performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially the ability to scrutinize data.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Proficient to present at senior level.
• Professional fluency in English & Arabic language.
