Job Description

The Sales Executive at Johnson Controls is a key role reporting directly to Sales Director (Install Business). Candidate will be concentrated on project sales and installation solutions, growing market share with new business customers in UAE,  specifically in Abu Dhabi and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Security portfolio.

Responsibilities of Sales Executive

  • Will have an understanding and knowledge of product portfolio among BMS and Security and wider ELV  solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close the new opportunities.
  • Will qualify and work closely along with internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
  • Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
  • Will demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products and services.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.
  • Determined and consistent in your approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.
  • Will adhere to company processes, compliance and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.

Requirements for Role of Sales Executive

  • University Degree in bachelor’s in electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience focused on installation solutions for BMS & Security business within UAE region.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrable network of customer, consultant and client relationships in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
  • Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
  • Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
