Duties of A Sales Engineer

• Build, strengthen and maintain good business relations with the existing and prospective customers of assigned market segment.
• Actively follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities and promotions to build prospects and close sales.
• Improve customer awareness of the Sitrak products and services offered.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy and effective visit plan to achieve assigned sales budget (value and volume).
• To maintain or improve market share and market coverage to assigned segment.
• Conduct sales calls, follow up on inquiries, preparation of quotation, financial negotiations and concluding deals.
• Ensure proper deal documentation including documents needed for credit approval and its disposal.
• To ensure and submit a proper monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast substantiated with quote bank.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Sales Engineer are as under:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5-7 years of Sales experience in UAE.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Must be able to perform market analysis, segmentation, positioning, contribute to creation of marketing plan.
• Strong Negotiation Skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
