Job Description
As a Sales Engineer BMS & Security System in Dubai, candidate will be directly reporting to Sales Director Install Business. Candidate will be concentrated on project sales and installation solutions, growing market share with new business customers in Dubai & Northern Emirates and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & BMS portfolio. As a member of this team, candidate will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform to use their experience to generate new business.
Responsibilities of Sales Engineer BMS & Security Systems
- Use their experience and knowledge of the CFS market to forecast and develop an annual sales plan, exploring market opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and processes to maximize margins while increasing market share.
- Will have an understanding and knowledge of product portfolio among BMS, Fire and Security solutions and will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations in order to close the new opportunities.
- Will qualify and work closely along with internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
- Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
- Demonstrate their expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging market understanding, sales strategies, products and services.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.
- Determined and consistent approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.
- Adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.
Requirements for Role of Sales Engineer BMS & Security Systems
- University Degree Bachelors’ in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience focused on sales and installation solutions for BMS, Fire & Security business within UAE region.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
