Sales Coordinator Transmed Dubai

Sales Coordinator at Transmed in Dubai Hills Estate, Business Park 3, Bldg 3, Level 5 E44, Dubai, UAE will be responsible to monitor and manage stock level of assigned category and forecast sales levels in order to minimize excess stock and meet target product availability. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator

• Maintains and updates pipeline sheets as frequently as needed to ensure a proper control of stocks and orders at any point of time.
• Highlights any major issue in stock to line manager and takes corrective actions.
• follows up on orders with suppliers to ensure their timeliness, correctness & completeness according to TM requirements.
• Flags any risk of OOS to line manager, supplier & customers and coordinates with Logistics on priority withdrawal to ensure minimize exposure.
• Checks Freshness of product in stock and upon arrival to minimize expiry issues.
• Issues and sends Stock & Expiry Exposure Reports to Customers in order to take the needed action to optimize inventory.
• Monitors weekly sales versus target and flagging heads-up in case of any inventory exposure (low stock and/or overstock)
• Submits all required daily, monthly & quarterly reports assigned by the category manager.
• Handles new items & PO creation on the system.

Requirements for Role of Sales Coordinator

• Bachelor Degree in sales, marketing or related field.
• 1-3 experience in sales, logistics or supply chain.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Good reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel).
• English language is a must.
