Job Description
Sales Coordinator at InterContinental Residence & Crowne Plaza Business Bay is responsible to support the sales team in administrative tasks, manage client inquiries, and assist in coordinating sales activities to drive revenue growth. The vacancy was announced by the hotel on March 1, 2024.
Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and coordinating sales activities.
- Prepare and customize proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales progress.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and client function.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements of Sales Coordinator
- Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing.
- 2 years of proven experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
