Sales Coordinator GMG Dubai

The Sales Coordinator at GMG in GMG Building, Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE for their B2B business will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Candidate requires a strategic approach to developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with company’s offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator

  • Plays a pivotal role in proactively seeking out potential clients and market segments to generate leads. This involves conducting market research, identifying target demographics and analyzing consumer behaviors to pinpoint lucrative opportunities for business expansion.
  • Delve deeper into understanding clients’ business needs, challenges and goals through comprehensive analysis and effective communication.
  • By grasping the intricacies of each client’s operations, they can tailor solutions and value propositions that directly address their pain points and offer tangible benefits.
  • Supervisor develops and executes robust sales strategies and tactics to meet predefined sales targets and objectives. This includes leveraging various channels such as email marketing, cold calling, networking events and strategic partnerships to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Excel in customizing proposals and solutions to suit the unique requirements of each client, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-centric approach.
  • By aligning their sales efforts with the specific needs of clients and market segments, they can drive sustainable growth and foster long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.
  • Excels in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Leverage their comprehensive understanding of the clients’ needs and challenges to tailor compelling solutions. And value propositions that resonate with their objectives.
  • Through clear & concise communication, backed by relevant data and case studies. They effectively convey the benefits of partnering with their organization.
  • The supervisor utilizes a diverse range of channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events and industry research to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • By adopting a multi-faceted approach to lead generation, they maximize their reach and engagement with prospective clients, nurturing relationships and driving conversions.
  • Enables them to expand the client base, drive revenue growth & position the organization as a trusted partner in the industry.

Requirements for Role of Sales Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 4 years of experience with at least 1-3 years of proven track record/experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
