The selected candidate will be responsible to support sales operations and driving customer satisfaction. Also will be responsible for a variety of administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and contributing to the success of sales team. Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator

  • Initiate all approvals as per the process.
  • Documentation and customer creation.
  • Job booking and issuing PI.
  • Job release, create PR and process b2b orders.
  • Get delivery acknowledgement and update to customer
  • Take delivery approval as per the process.
  • Prepare documents required along with the deliveries.
  • Send supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning.
  • Get signed DO and invoice the job.
  • Update forecast file.
  • Perform any other sales support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.

Requirements for Role of Sales Coordinator

  • Emirati National.
  • Bachelor Degree in sales, marketing or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Basic knowledge of SAP system.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Self motivated and learning skills.
  • To be based in Dubai.
