Job Description

Le Clos (flagship brand linked to MMI) is presently hiring qualified candidate for the job role of a Sales Consultant in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible to elevate Le Clos’ sales and net profits through exceptional client service and personal sales achievements, creating memorable experiences for clients across various platforms. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-8000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Consultant

  • Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and proactive approach to meet their needs efficiently.
  • Consistently achieve personal and store sales targets by employing effective client engagement, networking and upselling techniques.
  • Actively build and maintain a client network, leveraging client details to enhance sales opportunities and engagement.

Requirements for Role of Sales Consultant

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 3 years in the Hospitality industry, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
  • WSET 2 in Wines or Spirits.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • A proactive and engaging approach, with a keen interest in the wine and spirits industry and a continuous drive to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs, with a client-centric mindset and a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of HNWI clients.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including day, night, overnight, as well as on public holidays.
  • Fluency in the English language, proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Arabic, French, Mandarin or Russian is a plus.
