Sales Cashier IIQAF Group Dubai

IIQAF Groups is seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Cashier. As a Sales Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of cash registers. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Sales Cashier

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
• Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Ensure accuracy of cash registers and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking merchandise as needed.

Eligibilty Requirements for Sales Cashier

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.

Skills Desired

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
