Responsibilities of Sales Boy/Girl

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance in locating products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized assistance and guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays, replenishing shelves, and ensuring that products are well presented and easily accessible to customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with store policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment, product shortages, and customer feedback.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments of merchandise, verifying quantities and quality, and updating inventory records as needed.
• Promote sales and special promotions, upselling complementary products, and informing customers about loyalty programs, discounts, and membership benefits.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and escalating complex issues to management as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets, meet performance goals, and maintain high standards of customer service excellence.
• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in retail operations.

Requirements of Sales Boy/Girl

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in sales, customer service, or retail management is advantageous.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required; training will be provided for entry level candidates.
