Retailing industry is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join their team as Sales Boy/Girl. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced retail environment and contribute to their continued success.

Responsibilities of Sales Boy/Girl

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping merchandise neat and presentable.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote sales and special promotions to customers, upselling and cross selling products to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, checking inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, cash handling, and store operations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.

Requirements of Sales Boy/Girl

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required; entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
