Responsibilities of Sales Associates

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns.
• Assist customers in finding the right products/services to meet their needs and preferences.
• Recommend additional items or alternatives to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements of Sales Associates

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service role preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
