Sales Associate Beside Group Dubai

Beside Group is presently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Sales Associate who can also speak Russian in Beside FZE. Street N302,Jebel Ali Free Zone North. PO BOX 61237. Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Associate

• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their need are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Assist customers in their purchase decision by helping them select relevant and appropriate products, offering proper advice and suggesting gist vouchers when applicable.
• Arrange & replenish on a continuous basis the shop, ensure that the shop floor, shelves are kept clean, tidy at all times.
• Watch for & prevent security risks and thefts & escalate occurring incidents to the hierarchy in a timely manner in order to avert loss.
• Arrange and display received merchandise under the direction pf the Merchandiser/ Shop Manager; change tag prices during promotion periods or as needed.
• Take measurements for any needed alteration. Assign price according to set price list, fill the alternation book & notify tailor of the amendments.
• Up sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales target.
• Inform Department Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products.
• Merchandize products under the appropriate sections according to sales trends, date of release & as per the Department Manager recommendations.

Requirements for Role of Sales Associate

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in retail sales.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
