Job Description

Azadea Group is currently looking to hire a Russian Speaker candidate to join their team as a Sales Associate in Tower, O-14 Base, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, offer assistance & serve them in order to ensure their need are answer in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
  • Assist customers in their purchase decision by helping them select relevant and appropriate products, offering proper advice & suggesting gist vouchers when applicable.
  • Arrange & replenish on a continuous basis the shop and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are keep clean and tidy at all times.
  • Watch for and prevent security risks and thefts and escalate occurring incidents to the hierarchy in a timely manner in order to avert loss.
  • Perform physical and electronic inventory of shop products on a regular basis as per Company guidelines. In order to ensure accurate stock keeping.
  • Arrange and display received merchandise under the direction pf the Merchandiser/ Shop Manager. Change tag prices during promotion periods or as needed.
  • Take measurements for any needed alteration, assign price according to set price list. Fill the alternation book and notify tailor of the amendments.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales target.
  • Inform Department Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products.
  • Merchandize products under the appropriate sections according to sales trends, date of release and as per the Department Manager recommendations.

Requirements for Role of Sales Associate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working within luxury retail, particularly with luxury fashion or accessories brands.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
