RPA Command Centre Officer Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of RPA Command Centre Officer. The Digital Operations RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Command Centre Officer will be responsible for all the aspects of running the day-to-day process on Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation framework and platform. The role holder is responsible to perform the first level resolutions and coordinate with the ITD DTS RPA  team and Business team and other stake holders as applicable to solve the issues. The holder is also responsible to support projects and Digital initiatives that contribute to increased automation, higher STP and efficiency in processing.

Responsibilities of RPA Command Centre Officer

• Day to Day Management: Daily scheduling and administration of the Blue Prism live environment & control room operations running processes, Digital workers (BOTs), maintaining resource PCs, virtual machines, viewing logs, successful cases and exceptions, management of SLA and productivity, etc.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving any technical problems that arise during the execution of automated with level one technical assessments and coordinate with the ITD DTS team, Business team and other stake holders.
• Managing, investigating, and finding resolution of exceptions (Business and System Exceptions) report through BOTs.
• Coordination: Collaborating with various teams, including development, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment between automation efforts and organizational goals.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports on the performance and effectiveness of the RPA systems to relevant stakeholders and publish KPI.
• Logging and escalating issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents.
• Alert Handling: Responding to alerts and notifications generated by the Robotic automation systems and taking appropriate actions to address any anomalies
• Performance Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization, such as enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and speed of automation.
• Understanding on how to read and understand the automation workflows for diagnosis, escalation to the development teams.
• Coordinate between teams, management and other department and business units for any issues related to department.
• Process automation assessment and process diagnostics on new process of change assessment, update change request documents and forms.
• Security and Compliance: Ensuring that the automated processes adhere to security protocols and regulatory requirements & ensure controls are put in place to minimize errors and delays in the process.
• Documentation: Maintaining documentation related to RPA processes, changes, and incident resolutions.
• Training and Support: Offering training and support to users and stakeholders involved in the RPA processes.
• Flexible to work shift-patterns including weekends and evenings across 24/7 and during holidays.

Requirements of RPA Command Centre Officer

• RPA Certifications in Blue Prism or other RPA tools.
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in RPA and related automation tools , Preferably Blue Prism tool.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with the stakeholders:
• Technically sound candidate with hands on experience in RPA Robotic Process Automation frameworks and tool, Preferably Blue Prism.
