Job Description
Room Service Waiter at Kempinski will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and in line with Kempinski’s DNA values in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Room Service Waiter
- All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.
- The management effectively delegates appropriate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient operation of the service team.
- Responsible to maintains a high quality of product and service.
- The outlet actively develops in an entrepreneurial manner, constantly seeking opportunities to generate more business.
Requirements of Room Service Waiter
- High School diploma or certification in hospitality management.
- 2 + years experience in an F&B service role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent English oral and written skills.
- Additional language is an advantage.
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Applies a professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.
- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
