Job Purpose of An Uniform Room Attendant

Manage and maintain the inventory of uniforms and ensure their proper distribution to employees, maintaining a professional and organized uniform system.

Your Duties As Uniform Room Attendant Colleague Services At Jumeirah Group

• Greet and assist resident colleagues to log drop off linen and uniforms.
• Collect and hand over fresh uniforms and linen to resident colleagues at the uniform room front desk.
• Check and log all uniforms and linen coming to and from the laundry department to ensure accurate records are monitored.
• Load laundry trolleys to and from the vehicle.
• Store uniforms and linen properly in the appropriate sections.
• Reports uniforms or linen damage, missing items or any discrepancies to the team leader.
• Reports and logs any personal uniform items found to ensure proper records are kept in case of any queries from colleagues.
• To always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Report for duty punctually wearing correct uniform and name badge.
• Provide a courteous and professional service to Jumeirah colleagues.
• Participates in the cleanliness and orderliness of the linen /uniform room, reports maintenance defects to the Team Leader.
• Collects and disposes of garbage in compliance with Jumeirah hygiene standard.
• Performs housekeeping related tasks on rotation within the Colleague Services Department.
• Performs uniforms management related tasks as asked.

Eligible Candidate?

Qualification

• High school Diploma.

Experience

• 1-2 years in a same role within hospitality sector.

Lingual

• Fluent in English language.

Skills

• Uniforms management skills.
