Maintain cleanliness/orderliness in hotel rooms and fulfill the needs of guests to ensure their comfortable stay.

Job Duties of A Room Attendant At Anantara Hotels

• Cleans and self inspects guest rooms and public areas as assigned, in accordance with the hotel standards.
• Stocks and maintains the linen closet.
• Provides genuine hospitality & recognition in the work area.
• Promotes hotel services and products.
• Anticipates guest needs & takes ownership of guest concerns and requests, acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is available.
• Proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reports defects and accidents to management immediately.
• Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order.

Qualification & Experience

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must.
