Responsibilities of Role in Internal Audit

• Develop and implement the annual IT audit plan.
• Lead a team of auditors in the execution of audits of company’s IT systems and controls.
• Identify and assess risks to company’s IT infrastructure and applications
• Evaluate the effectiveness of company’s IT controls
• Make recommendations to management on how to improve IT security and controls
• Stay up to date on the latest IT security threats and trends
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including management, IT staff, and government auditors

Requirements of Role in Internal Audit

The requirements for role of Role in Internal Audit are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, cybersecurity and network infrastructure, or a related field.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
• 10+ years of experience in IT audit and information security.
• Experience with auditing IT systems and controls in a variety of industries.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong technical background in information security and IT audit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
