Role in Guest Services function for Sky View at Emaar in Dubai Hills Business Park, Building 1,, P.O.Box 32314, UAE engages in providing exceptional experience to visitors, promoting Dubai as a visitor destination, driving great guest satisfaction and customer experience across activities. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities for Role in Guest Services

• Providing exceptional service, resulting in positive customer experience.
• Managing tours and hosting activities, ticket sales, crowd control and lift operations.
• Displays an active understanding of landmarks, attractions, visitor activities in Dubai as a tourist destination. And proactively promoting the same and At the Top Burj Khalifa and its other products and services to create up-sell opportunities.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures, code of conduct, Health, Safety and Security procedures including Evacuation and Emergency.

Requirements for Role in Guest Services

• Diploma or Bachelor’s from a recognized University/College.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer facing role experience including cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer/Guest Service experience gained preferably in a hospitality or retail environment. Need at a minimum to join the team.
