Responsibilities of Role in FM

• Predominantly working on Residential / Hospitality /Retail (development/design) projects.
• Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems
• Outline the project’s construction process on the technical drawings
• Maintaining CAD standards and blocks and ensure all standard plans comply before releasing.
• Working with our internal team & external consultants to prepare, and develop where required, presentations, drawings, FF&E with material boards and other documents relating to the design.
• Able to undertake responsibility of site measuring and drawing adjustments with our internal design team.
• Ability to think creatively about a variety of challenges within the design scope.
• Competency in reading and interpreting plans.

Requirements For Role in FM

The requirements for Role in FM are as under:

• Graduate Degree in environment HSE.
• Must have experience in 4 / 5 star hotel projects in The Middle East, Residential & Retail projects.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and techniques.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Very strong CAD skills
• Create technical drawings and plans
• Good construction detailing skills.
• FF&E knowledge and experience is obligatory
• Knowledge of materials and ability to detail to a high level .
