Job Description

Address Boulevard Residences by Emaar is currently hiring candidate to join them for Role in Finance. The role is to oversee and manage the financial aspects of an organization to ensure its financial health and sustainability. This includes a range of responsibilities. The role holder will also ensure that supporting processes are established to meet the governance framework of the company.

Responsibilities of Role in Finance

Provide support to the company’s accounting activities that include maintaining and reporting on both the cost and financial sets of accounts based on statutory requirements and auditing policies.
Participate in supporting and affirming the service culture and contributing to the improvement process along with complying with the work directives, policies, and procedures of the Company.
Ensuring compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies and procedure of the Company.
Understanding of financial data, interpreting financial reports, conducting research across the organisation, generating statistics to drive the business forward and knowing the market trends.
Compliance with both internal and external Audit requirements.
Pro-active communication with fellow Ambassadors, Vendors, and Suppliers always with Company’s interests in mind.
Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Collated budget and forecast from departments for submission.
Ensure accounting is done as per accounting standards.
Lead and review balance sheet reconciliations
Lead bookkeeping and accounting for respective IBUs
Liaise with Auditors
Manage accounting for loyalty program.
Manage collection for management fees.
Manage management company revenue and expenses.
Manage related party collections and settlements.
Manage shared services allocation.
Manage TD and Municipality fee submissions.
Review month end accruals and allocations
Support projects and pre-opening

Requirements of Role in Role in Finance

The requirements for Role in Finance are as under:

Minimum of a high school diploma in Financial Accounting / College degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Finance Specialist in a Supervisory role / similar experience in a 5 star hospitality industry.
Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
