Responsibilities of Robotics Platform Automation Developer

• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) environment and ensure that DR requirements including related documentation are met and Take part in DR test drills.
• Responsible for supporting the BOT BAU activities from end-to-end at delivery standpoint.
• Contributed to best approach strategies for RPA implementation based on Process Analysis.
• Prepare RCA document and other documents.
• Involved in inception/ strengthening of RPA practice.
• Prepare/Review documents related to Change Request, Exception Report and BOT Re-usability plans.
• Coordination between project and business teams during the execution/Issues of process and other tasks.
• Track resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.
• Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
• Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users’ needs and within the agreed upon time parameters.
• Execute the ad-hoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal IT Objectives related to ADIB group including international expansion.
• Support “BAU” and post ‘go-live’ activities for projects and any releases to production.

Operational Support

• Provide Production support in best practice and ensure data ingestion & processing completed as required.
• Raise and follow-up with vendors where required for troubleshooting / queries ensuring that the standard SLAs are met.
• Track the issues, resolve and close the incidents and known errors in best practice.
• Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
• Involve all Production issues and task assigned to him by ADIB IT senior management within timeframe agreed upon.

Communication Robotics Platform Automation Developer

• Attend all the team meetings, one to one meeting to have a high level of communication culture.
• Timely response to email, tasks assigned and effective follow up with various stakeholders.
• Prepare tasks status reports and submit to stakeholders on timely basis.

Documentation / Process Ownership

• The incumbent is responsible to take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function.
• In the event where processes or documentation shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.

People & Attendance

• Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and proactive good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.
• The incumbent should adhere to working hours which might require working for extended hours depending on job nature and task assigned.

Information Security

• Maintain information security related to ADIB, throughout the period of employment.
• Ensure that data access is controlled and audited using the appropriate tools available in Blue Prism application.
• As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.
• Maintain Risk Free/control IT environment at ADIB.

Requirements of Robotics Platform Automation Developer

• Certification in Blue Prism developer/Professional developer.
• Minimum 4 – 10 years of experience in IT and 3+ years of experience in RPA Blue Prism tool, Infrastructure and Production support.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure and understanding process level designs.
• Strong experience in identifying RCA and solutions in best practice.
• Strong experience in Runtime resources (BOTs) and executing BOT Schedules.
• Must have experience of Banking, RPA -Blue prism Tool and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Experience in RCA, Solution, BOT Health checkup, maintenance and Control activities.
• Should have strong hands-on experience on Blue Prism development (Web automation, Mainframe automation, Windows automation, VBO’s, SAP automation, Surface automation/OCR and Web services).
• Strong experience in Blue prism Infrastructure and banking processes.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Must have strong knowledge on RPA release management.
• Automation skill: Web automation, Mainframe automation, Windows automation, VBO’s, SAP automation, Surface automation/OCR and Web services
• Strong knowledge in VB.net/C# and Database like SQL, ORACLE
• Strong knowledge in Multi-bot functionality
• Communicate with RPA Teams and IT teams in order to achieve smooth RPA BAU Execution.
