Job Description
Rider Training & Quality Manager will focus on leading the execution of the Delivery Hero lifecycle strategy via training, quality assurance, financial wellbeing, safety & community engagement. Your mission is to plan, implement and deliver a world class Hero value proposition. You will establish relationships and trust with colleagues & Heroes and drive strategy with compassion and integrity.
Responsibilities of Rider Training & Quality Manager
- Develop and implement strategies to improve talabat delivery-hero (hero) value proposition for UAE to attract & retain the best compliant heroes on the talabat platform.
- Analyze hero quality metrics and hero net promoter score to identify areas for improvement and optimize hero acquisition and onboarding experience.
- Design learning courses, training programs, and workshops for heroes to successfully deliver world class experiences to vendors and customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Safety, Legal, and product teams to design and implement campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing hero engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to limit hero churn and improve hero retention, ensuring a sustainable and stable hero base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Apply data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of hero growth initiatives, providing concrete insights to optimize results.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of a Rider Training & Quality Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Business is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in management consulting, operations management, investment banking, human resource leadership and / or start-ups.
- Experience talking to customers.
