Rider Quality Support Team Lead Talabat Dubai

Talabat is currently looking for a Rider Quality Support Team Lead to who will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the tPatroller team within an allocated sector. This position entails leading a team dedicated to ensuring rider compliance, managing performance, and upholding the highest standards of professional conduct. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 7000 AED to 15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Rider Quality Support Team Lead

• Ensuring adherence to performance standards and operational protocols.
• Develop and manage patrollers’ rosters based on city requirements and special events.
• Analyze performance data to manage and enhance patroller performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports to identify areas of concern and showcase findings to the City Manager.
• Ensure patroller compliance with uniforms, data handling, tasks, and environmental health and safety regulations.
• Conduct spot checks and create SOPs for various patroller procedures.
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill patrollers, ensuring they meet and exceed job requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact between patrollers and various internal teams.
• Oversee the documentation of legal fines, vehicle compliance, and the tracking of all legal document expirations.
• Prepare patroller invoices and purchase orders for financial processing.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Rider Quality Support Team Lead are as under:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a logistical or driver team.
• Previous experience in compliance, training, and performance management is preferred.

Skills Desired

• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage complex logistical operations.
• Language: English (Must)

• Arabic (Optional)
• Additional Requirements: Flexibility in work hours and availability for travel.
