Job Purpose of A Rewards Manager
The Rewards Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing and administering Transguard’s compensation and benefits package, playing a key role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and motivates top talent through competitive and fair reward packages.
Duties of A Rewards Manager
- Review the company’s current compensation and benefits systems, policies and procedures and provide recommendations as to necessary changes.
- Conduct job analysis / role profiling, ensuring accurate job descriptions are in place for all roles.
- Conduct an analysis of current job grades, reporting to senior management on observations and recommendations.
- Conduct an analysis of current employee salaries, reporting to senior management on observation and recommendations.
- Partner with external compensation and benefits consultants to develop a compensation and benefits framework including salary structures, variable pay plans and bonus programs.
- Source market data and conduct comparable remuneration benchmarking.
- Provide recommendations for annual salary structure adjustments.
- Ensure that compensation practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements relating to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with the Corporate HR team in managing the annual salary review and annual bonus cycle processes.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
- Review, develop and implement Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures ensuring that polices are kept up to date and reflect business needs.
- Partner with the Corporate HR team with organizational design changes.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or HRM.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Compensation and Rewards Specialist.

- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
