Mediclinic is currently seeking a skilled Reward Manager to join them at their Corporate office in Dubai. Responsibilities of Reward Manager

• Tailoring reward structures to align with the division’s strategic objectives while mitigating financial and human resources risks.
• To attract and retain top talent, foster employee motivation, and contribute to the overall success of the division and the Group.
• Design, Develop, and Manage Reward Strategies.
• Physician Reward Model Implementation Management.
• Provide expert guidance and support to both the business and physicians regarding reward calculations, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Lead and manage the Reward Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualification & Experience

Following are the requirements for the role of Reward Manager at Mediclinic:

• Relevant formal degree in a related financial or human resources field.
• At least 5-years’ experience as a senior manager in rewards/remuneration in a corporate environment.
• UAE remuneration experience with a strong financial and human resources background.
