Al Tayer Group is currently looking for a Retail Supervisor who will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of their pop up stores, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. This is an intermediate level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview
Responsibilities of Retail Supervisor
- Supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring the store is adequately staffed to meet customer demands.
- Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase revenue.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring proper inventory control to minimize losses and maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service by training staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Providing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure employee productivity and engagement.
- Managing budgets and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize profitability and minimize expenses.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies to maintain a safe and legal working environment.
- Overseeing store cleanliness, maintenance, and security to provide a pleasant shopping environment for customers and a safe workplace for employees.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of an Retail Supervisor are as under:
- Graduate in any discipline Years of Experience.
- 2-5 years of experience of successfully supervising a retail store
