Responsibilities of Retail Sales Representative

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our products.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team goals.
• Providing Quotations for Email & WhatsApp enquiries. Making regular follow-ups for such enquiries.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and actively participate in training programs.

Requirements of Retail Sales Representative

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
