Job Description

Retail Sales Executive at Sharaf DG LLC in Ground Floor, Al Hilal Building, 34B Sheikh Rashid Rd, Garhoud , Dubai, UAE will be responsible for activating and setting up of Mobile Phones, Laptops and other devices in the stores. While performing this activity, the RSE needs to generate interest and upsell accessories and other services to customers and generate revenue. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 4000-6000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Retail Sales Executive

  • Number of devices unboxed , activated and initial setup.
  • Revenue generation by upselling screen protectors, Gift cards, Microsoft office, Antivirus and accessories.
  • Installing of Microsoft office, antivirus on laptops and mobiles
  • Buyback of old devices from customers
  • Selling myTechbench (service package) to customers
  • Providing level 1 repair services for mobile and IT devices
  • Managing stocks allocated to the location.

Requirements for Role of Retail Sales Executive

  • 12th grade or higher.
  • 1-2 years working in stores either for sales or service.
  • Professional Certifications Any technical qualifications is an added advantage.
