The Retail Sales Executive at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group will be responsible to achieve the agreed sales target for TANK in Abu Dhabi region. This is an entry level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Retail Sales Executive

  • Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for Great Wall Motors, Haval and TANK.
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded.
  • Deals with daily showroom visits customers, handle telephone inquiries and engage in prospects sales.
  • Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes.
  • Maintain regular communication with all customers during the purchase and delivery process.
  • Continuously review, monitor, and evaluate sales opportunities and develop new sales strategies.
  • Prepares weekly sales report and submits to line manager.
  • Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
  • Adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts.
  • Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for Retail Sales Executive are as under

  • University or higher Diploma is the minimum acceptable education level.
  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive experience, UAE experience an advantage.

Skills Desired

  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Proficient in English, Arabic fluency to be an advantage.
  • Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach.
  • Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment.
