Job Description
Retail Sales Consultant at Damas Jewellery will successfully convert prospective sales into actual sales. Ensures that sales targets are met and exceeded as directed by management, and develops client portfolios proactively. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-8000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- To achieve the individual sales target and sales KPI.
- Ensure that the store meets DAMAS standards.
- Excellent product knowledge of own products and competitor products.
- Ensure excellent display of customer service by following the DSCE.
- Stock control – maintain 100% stock accuracy.
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional and outstanding customer service by creating an environment that is friendly and welcoming, maintaining high standards, ensuring solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service before, during and after the sale.
- Adapt the approach according to the client’s needs and motivations.
- Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
- Remain current on industry news and competitor.
- Perform any other sales support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.
Requirements for Role of Retail Sales Consultant
- Minimum High School Graduate.
- 2 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
