Consumer Goods Industry is currently seeking a creative and detail oriented candidate for the job role of Retail Merchandiser to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing displays that drive sales.
Responsibilities of Retail Merchandiser
- Plan and execute merchandise displays according to company guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder merchandise as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using a computerized inventory system.
- Train and supervise store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements of Retail Merchandiser
- High school certificate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail merchandising.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong creative and design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
