Samsung Electronics is presently looking to hire qualified candidates for the role of a Retail Manager, Mobile Experience in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing and assessing OR, IR & Brand Store performance. This role is regional with a focus on retail fixture assessment, sales management , and affordability programs. The Requisition ID for this vacancy is R86899.
Responsibilities of A Retail Manager Mobile Experience
- Collecting and consolidating the sales, store, and competitor data from subsidiaries or the system.
- Assess subsidiary performance by channel and challenge the markets.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide insights on competitive pricing, product positioning, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Design and implement strategic programs to enhance retail performance.
- Follow up on affordability program performance (Trade-In, Instalment and Buy-Back) & propose new initiatives.
- Understand promotion trends, contribution to business and propose effective solutions.
- Familiar with distributor management, stock management and distributor motivation.
- Responding to ad-hoc request from RHQ or HQ & communicate effectively with local subsidiaries.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of a Retail Manager Mobile Experience are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
- 6+ years working experience related to retail / key account management / shopper-marketing.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on the MENA region.
