As a Retail Fit Out Coordinator at Ecity Electronics (member of Albatha Group) in Business center, 1st Floor, Office No, 109110 57th St, Garhoud, Dubai, UAE will support the planning, execution and successful completion of various projects within their retail chain of electronics. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring the seamless implementation of initiatives. Candidate plays a pivotal role in maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, mitigating risks and fostering effective communication among project teams and relevant stakeholders including suppliers and contractors, this position is essential for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and align with the strategic goals of the company. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Retail Fit Out Coordinator

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, internal departments and external partners, includes suppliers and contractors.
• Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and materials.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of resources with project requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, milestones achieved and areas requiring attention.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timeliness: Percentage of projects completed within established timelines.
• Adherence: Percentage of projects completed within budgetary constraints.
• Satisfaction: Feedback from internal and external stakeholders regarding communication and coordination effectiveness.
• Mitigation: Successful implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements for Role of Retail Fit Out Coordinator

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Experience in utilizing AutoCAD for project design and documentation.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Ability to create and review project drawings using AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
