Majid Al Futtaim is currently looking for a Retail Design & Delivery Graduate Program who will asset Management Business Unit, you will join on 18-months program and will have an on-the-job rotations within one of the following areas such as Leasing, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, Data Analytics and Mall Management alongside other trainings. You will have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive training program that will provide you with a solid foundation in the shopping malls industry and work in various functions within the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure. This is ane mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Retail Design & Delivery Graduate Program

  • Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in a functional area that will provide you with specialist knowledge of operations.
  • Support with the day-to-day operations.
  • Support with project management and development and do presentations.
  • Participate on business challenges.
  • Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
  • Participate in all assigned development programmes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
  • Ability to work effectively across the organisation to guarantee the future success.
  • Develop teamwork and maximise team performance.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Retail Design & Delivery Graduate Program 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, according to the specific area you would like to develop.
  • Recent graduate or final year student.
  • Previous internships or work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
