Job Description

Retail & Commercial Manager for Wear That at Chalhoub Group will lead their Styling Department at Wear That. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations while driving commercial growth, managing multimillion-dollar revenue targets, and inspiring a large team of stylists to achieve excellence in client service and sales. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Retail & Commercial Manager

  • Commercial Strategy & Sales Growth:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and increase customer retention.
  • Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze commercial performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with buying, marketing, and operations teams to drive product success.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of stylists, managers, and support staff.
  • Drive a performance-oriented culture through clear KPIs, regular reviews, and personalized development plans.
  • Build a succession pipeline by identifying and developing internal talent.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee daily operations within the styling department, ensuring maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Develop and enforce operational processes that scale with business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience, fulfilment, and service deliver
  • Client Experience & Brand Representation:
  • Ensure a premium, personalized client experience aligned with Wear That’s brand values.
  • Partner with marketing to develop customer engagement campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay ahead of fashion and retail industry trends to innovate service offerings.

Requirements for Role of Retail & Commercial Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience managing multimillion-dollar revenue-generating departments in fashion, retail, or subscription-based models.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong track record of delivering commercial growth through sales and client engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
