Independent Food Company is presently looking for an experienced individuals for the job role of a Restaurant Supervisor, to lead designated sections/teams and support the management team with the successful operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities of A Restaurant Supervisor

• Support the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring your team/section are maintaining the high standards expected for the brand.
• Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion.
• Establish a close working relationship with colleagues across the restaurant, supporting where needed.
• Serve all the food and beverage according to the standards and sequence of service.
• Performs any other job duties/tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Restaurant Supervisor are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a head waiter/floor supervisor, preferably in the UAE and in a high-volume restaurant.
