Responsibilities of Restaurant Hostess

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu.
• Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Uphold a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

Requirements of Restaurant Hostess

• High school diploma or equavalent.
• Customer service experience of Less than 1 Year is a plus but not required.

Skills and Knowledge Desired
