Anantara Downtown Dubai is looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Restaurant Hostess. The job holder will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.

Responsibilities of of Restaurant Hostess

• Greeting and seating guests in the restaurant with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements.
• Providing guests with menus and information about daily specials or restaurant promotions.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns.
• Assisting with the organization and flow of service to optimize dining experience.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment.
• Collaborating with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handling guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements of Restaurant Hostess

The requirements of Restaurant Hostess are as under:

• Diploma or certificate in hospitality.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
