Restaurant Host/Hostess Required in Dubai

Hotels/Restaurant industry is looking for friendly and outgoing individual to join their team as Host/Hostess. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the seating chart, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for their guests.

Responsibilities of Host/Hostess

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Manage the seating chart and coordinate seating assignments to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station and lobby area.
• Monitor the dining room for empty or dirty tables and coordinate with servers to ensure timely seating and table turnover.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the front of house team.

Requirements of Host/Hostess

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
