Reservation Agent Grand Mercure Hotel and Residences Dubai Airport Accor is responsible to manage hotel reservations efficiently, provide personalized service to guests, and ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations. This is full time role and it was announced by the hotel on February 21, 2024.

Responsibilities of Reservation Agent

• Handle Group and Individual Reservations inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp according to the stringent Reservations Standards set forth by management to enhance guest engagement and maximize overall hotel revenue.
• Aims to upsell rooms and other services to maximize the profitability of the company.
• Is fluent in all Accor distribution and reservations systems, Accor Rate architecture and Revenue practices.
• Leases and cooperates with other departments as needed.
• Creates reports or partake in projects as directed by management.
• Assists other Business Units as and when needed.

Requirements of Reservation Agent

• High school diploma or certification in hospitality.
• Minimum 1 Years as a Reservations Agent.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable.
• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
