Responsibilities of Reservation Agent

• Greet all customers (physically or on telephone) and display a welcoming and friendly attitude.
• Listen carefully to all customers and identify what they need or require and develop answers accordingly.
• Serve the needs of the business, guests and colleagues by coordinating all inquiries, booking and selling of the main product of the hotel i.e. Rooms.
• Key objectives would be to simultaneously maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
• Captures details from the incoming calls and coordinates each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
• Candidate should reflect the quality of the hotel to possible guests.

Qualification Requirements for Role of Reservation Agent

• Minimum a high school.
• 2 years of experience in similar role in a 5 star hotel & resort.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Must be strong in communication skills.
• Good in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Positive and forthcoming attitude.
• Knowledge of the hotel and attention to details.
