A Senior Research Strategy Manager at Pure Health is responsible for overseeing the entire research process, from developing the research strategy and objectives, to designing and conducting the research methods, to analyzing and reporting the research findings. Job Responsibilities of Research Strategy Manager

• Designing and implementing research policies.
• Creating research governance strategy.
• Leads and coordinates the group’s research projects and programs.
• Managing research initiatives, training and supervising research staff.
• Create key performance indicators to monitor research projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Set the research strategy of the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the research performance and outcomes.
• Research quality management.
• Interact with key stakeholders in different entities and being able to build strong relationships with internal and external stockholders.
• Research mapping.
• Scheduling and budgeting research projects.

Role Requirements
