The department of Vice Dean for Medicine, College of Medicine & Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University is looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Representative. The selected candidate is responsible to ensure efficient and compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees. Tasks include all logistics related to visa, immigration, residence, housing, etc. for the employee and family members. Additional objective is to ensure compliance and on time internal/external delivery and receiving. This vacancy was announced by the university on January 18, 2024. Responsibilities of Representative

• Manage New employees onboarding, including visa, immigration, housing, etc.
• Support offboarding and clearance process.
• Process Transportation requests.
• Participate in the preparation of community events, organized by the college.
• Receive and deliver mails, parcels and packages.
• Provide support as needed to the management of store activities including overseeing the store inventory and stock maintenance.
• Provide support as needed to oversee the receipt and issuance of material received in stores as per the PO issued from CMHS procurement department.
• Provide support as needed for Asset Tagging and Record keeping; Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements of Representative

• Bachelor’s degree, Fluent in Arabic and English, Driver License.
• minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
