GMG is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Replenishment Associate (Hypermarkets & Supermarkets) at multiple location in UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible to be part of day-to-day operations of the store while maintain quality service to customers. Responsibilities of Replenishment Associate
- Deliver effective customer service and assist customers throughout the day as per the standards and guidelines to promote sales.
- Stocking shelves with items such as fruits and vegetables.
- Responsible for preparing the section to trade before store opening as per standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Display the product based on FIFO and ensure that damage or expire product are remove from the shelves.
- Coordinate in obtaining stock from the warehouse to the selling area and replenish stock as per the display guidelines.
- Maintain self-hygiene standards and adhere to the uniform policy.
- Ensure that waste/damage goods are properly record for stock accuracy.
- Ensure that prices are accurate and clearly visible to the customer.
Requirements for Role of Replenishment Associate
- At least intermediate or Graduate.
- 2+ years relevant experience.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Must be proficient to communicate in English.
- Flexible and hardworking.
